Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the rights and obligations between APPA Media (the "provider") and the client (the "customer") in the provision of digital marketing services. Contact: info@appamedia.com, phone: +420 774 661 098.

2. Subject of Agreement

The subject of the agreement is the provision of services in website development, online advertising, social media management, and related services as specified in the proposal or contract.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined by individual proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. For one-time projects, a 50% deposit may be required.

4. Client Obligations

The customer agrees to provide the provider with all necessary materials and information in a timely manner. Delays on the customer's part may affect the delivery timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the customer receives a license to use all created materials. The provider reserves the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Termination

Ongoing service agreements can be terminated with 30 days' notice at the end of a calendar month. One-time projects are governed by the terms of the specific contract.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for the results of advertising campaigns, as they depend on many external factors. The provider commits to making every effort to achieve the best possible results.
